About the artist

Terri Eger began playing with clay as a creative outlet in 1998 and was immediately drawn in. There is something about the tactile nature of clay and the hypnotic spin of the wheel that makes the rest of the world melt away. Because of this, pottery has been her escape from reality for many years.

Terri draws from her love of the outdoors for inspiration in her work, focusing on natural tones and earthy pieces. While she loves the creation process, what fills her with even more joy is seeing her pieces being enjoyed by others. Mugs to cuddle up with on a cool day or serving pieces to draw people together around a table are at the heart of her work and sharing that joy with others keeps her coming back for more.
